With 6 years of experience serving diverse communities in Miami and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Nina built The Skill Squad as a space where youth can develop essential life, social, and job readiness skills. Through personalized coaching, group meetings, and hands on experiences, The Skill Squad helps each participant grow in confidence, independence, and real world capability.
